IntelliSure, lead by Andrew Vasko and Michael Burke, provides an innovative approach to developing engagement initiatives and supporting product offers driven directly by underlying members needs and concerns.
The IntelliSure business model is designed to bring “best of breed” insurance products and services to funds and their members under a partnership arrangement which requires no capital outlay by the fund but provides opportunities for funds to:
- Retain and attract new members;
- Provide more and better member services; and
- Respond to competition.
IntelliSure’s role is to bring together best of breed product and service providers across the end to end member engagement process to ensure that the overall offer to the fund is not only market leading but also tailored to the specific needs of its members.
IntelliSure itself has a core role of assisting in the definition of members’/customers’ product requirements, pricing and, critically, negotiating service agreements with service providers.
IntelliSure has an ongoing role of ensuring adherence to a robust end to end insurance process and high level of customer satisfaction.
